Scope


Please inspect your items upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, contact us within 60 days, and we'll resolve the issue.

Note: This policy applies only to items purchased from carplaymotorcycle.com.

Returns Policy


CPMC guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 60 days of the original shipped date for a prompt refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or the incorrect product was shipped. Please allow 14 business days for us to process your return.


Any refund may be reduced if you return any part of your order and that order was part of a promotion.
Please keep the following in mind during the return process:
  • Returns must be applied for within 60 days of your order.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition.
  • Products with scratches or other damage will not be returned.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will bear the freight. The specific cost should depend on the Courier company consumer choose.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
  • If the return is due to our mistakes (such as damaged or incorrect goods received by the consumer), the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost. (The return shipping cost will be refunded based on a valid return receipt)
  • If a product is defective or missing parts, the customer must return it to our factory for inspection.

  1. How to return damaged or incorrect items purchased online

Please review your item(s) upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team by email within three (3) days of receipt. We will make it right.
  1. E-mail support@carplaymotorcycle.com to create a return.
  2. Follow the instructions to request a return authorization, entering your customer information to first locate the order, and then initiate the return process by choosing the appropriate return reason.
  3. Print out the provided pre-paid return label and return authorization.
  4. Please place the return authorization paperwork inside the return package. This will allow for faster refund processing.
  1. Lost in Transit/ Item not Received

  • If your order tracking number shows that your package is “Lost in transit”:
    • Please contact us via chat, please email us at support@carplaymotorcycle.com as soon as possible so we can process a carrier claim.
  • If your order tracking number shows that your package was “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
      Please ensure that you have taken the following steps before contacting customer service
    • Check the immediate area; including any mailbox, garage, porch, front desk, leasing office, neighbor, or anyone that may have signed or picked up the package.
    • Please also track your package online to see if any special instructions or updates are listed.
If you are still unable to locate your package, then please contact us via chat, or email our customer service team at support@carplaymotorcycle.com within 7 days so we can do a driver inquiry with the carrier. Inquiries are not able to be made after this time.

Refund Policy

  1. 60 Days Returns

We only offer refunds if the return policy still applies: refund requests must be made by emailing us within 60 days of the date of purchase.
  1. When will I receive my Refund

Following a successful inspection of your return we will process a refund to the credit card which was used to place the original order.
Please allow 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  1. I haven’t received my refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your statement again, these incoming payments can be overlooked.
If you cannot see the transaction, please contact your card issuer company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

No Exchange Policy


We do not accept exchanges for orders or items. However, if you wish to exchange an item, please contact us before your order is shipped, and we will do our best to assist you. If your order has already been shipped, you can return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size, color, or product.
